We offer a simple educational course, based on the four states of existence in a three dimensional universe, that will lead you towards balance and efficiency in your life.
The work-book provided during the course teaches you how to use the four tools of fitness: flexibility, weight resistant training, cardiovascular efficiency and nutrition. Using the work-book along with the tailored activities, you will be able to bring your body into balance, have a heightened awareness of yourself and increase the operating efficiency of your all the systems in your body.
The four states are as follows:
State # 1 – State of Being in Mobility
We have a mechanical aspect to our physical existence that can be related to the automobile as a simple metaphor. The object of the program is to bring the physical body into balance, with flexibility & strength training, so that your right side of your body is equal to your left in strength and flexibility and that you have joint stability within the nine primary joint in your body.
State # 2 - State of Being in Regeneration.
The human body is the largest manufacturing plant in the world. You build 50 million cells an hour when you are awake and over a hundred million cells an hour when you asleep. Once you reach your peak growth period, which is approximatetly 20 years of age, the skeletal muscle you have is only maintained based on physical exertion. In other words, if you don’t use it, you loose it. The operating efficiency of the 11 systems of your body is based on the amount of skeletal muscle that must be built and maintained. The average person living in a developed nation is operating at about 1/3 of their potential level. During this program one of the goals is to increase this efficiency.
State # 3 - State of Being Ecological
The average human being consists of a hundred trillion cells but only 10 trillion are actually human. 9/10 of the body consists of viruses, funguses, bacteria, worms and other microscopic creatures and 2/3 of the body is water. We basically are walking swamps. One of the goals of the program is to bring the body into more balance with the internal and surrounding ecology.
State # 4 - State of Being Whole.
At the subatomic level the energy that comprises each human being is the same as all the energy in the universe. If you are stronger on one side than the other and have more muscle mass on one side of the body than the other, then at the core of your existence you are out of balance.
